Brainstorming: how is it organized?

It is possible to use Brainstorming to solve any type of problem as long as it is specific, well defined and can be expressed with a question.

Here’s what you need:

  • a problem to be solved, specific and expressable with a question;
  • a group of 5-10 people, mixed between men and women, experts or non-experts on the subject;
  • a Team Leader who guides and ensures the proper conduct of the meeting.

Brainstorming: the phases with the traditional system

  1. Incipit: il Team Leader introduce l’argomento ai membri del gruppo
